Muddy River Flood Risk Ribbon Cutting

Join us for the Ribbon Cutting of the Justine Mee Liff Park. This is a celebration of completion of Phase 1 of the Muddy River Flood Risk Management Project.
Officials expected to attend include:
- Colonel Christopher Barron, District Engineer, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England
- The Honorable Charlie Baker, Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- The Honorable Martin J. Walsh, Mayor of the City of Boston
- Mr. Neil Wishinsky, Chairman, Town of Brookline Board of Selectmen
The Ribbon Cutting will be at Upper Fens Pond, in the vicinity of 400 Fenway and Emmanuel College near the intersection of Avenue Louis Pasteur and the Fenway in Boston.
Parking is limited around the project site; there is a public parking lot at the Landmark Center, 401 Park Drive, Boston, MA. If you are able to utilize public transportation, please take the Green Line to the “Fenway” station or “Museum of Fine Arts” station which are both within walking distance.
